We are dedicated to providing a high-quality experience for all of our members. To maintain our services and facilities, we have established the following no-refund policy, which applies to all gym memberships, personal training sessions, and other related services.
1. No Refunds on Membership Fees
- All membership fees, including monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriptions, are non-refundable.
- Once a membership payment is processed, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused membership time, whether the member attends or does not attend the gym.
- This policy applies regardless of any changes in the member's personal schedule, work commitments, or other non-medical issues.
2. Personal Training Sessions
- Payments for personal training sessions are non-refundable.
- Cancellations or rescheduling of personal training sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the session being forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued.
- In cases where a trainer is unavailable, the gym will work to provide an alternate trainer or reschedule the session at no extra charge.
3. Class Packages and Workshops
- Class packages (e.g., yoga, Pilates, spin) and workshop fees are non-refundable after purchase.
- If a member cannot attend a pre-booked class or workshop, the session may be rescheduled if a 48-hour notice is provided. No-shows or late cancellations will result in the session being marked as used, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
4. Termination of Membership
- If a member terminates their membership before the end of the contract term, no refund will be given for any remaining membership dues. Early termination may be subject to additional fees, as outlined in the membership agreement.
- Members are responsible for paying any outstanding balances due at the time of termination.
5. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
- Medical Conditions: In cases where a member is unable to continue due to a medical condition, the gym may consider providing a partial refund or account credit. This exception is subject to the submission of a valid doctor's note and management's approval.
- Relocation: Members who relocate more than 25 miles from the gym's location may request an early termination of their membership. While refunds are not provided, a prorated account credit may be issued toward future services, subject to proof of relocation.
6. Membership Freezes
- Instead of refunds, the gym offers members the option to freeze their membership for up to 3 months due to temporary health or personal issues. A RM50 per month administrative fee applies during the freeze period.
- Memberships will automatically resume after the freeze period ends, and the remaining balance of the contract will be due.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes regarding membership fees, personal training sessions, or other services will be handled directly by management. Refund requests not in accordance with the policy will not be accepted.
- If a member believes an error has occurred with their payment, they must notify the gym within 30 days for resolution. Beyond this period, no adjustments or refunds will be made.
