Effective Date: 1 October 2024
We are committed to providing our members with exceptional facilities and services. To maintain the high standards of our offerings, the following no-cancellation policy applies to all membership agreements:
1. Fixed-Term Contract
- All memberships are for a fixed term of either 6, 12, or 24 months, as chosen by the member at the time of enrollment. During this time, the membership is non-cancelable.
- Members are required to fulfill the full length of the agreement and payments will continue as scheduled until the end of the contract term.
2. Early Termination Options
- Medical Reasons: If you are unable to continue your membership due to a medical condition, cancellation may be permitted with the submission of a written notice and a certified doctor's note indicating the inability to participate in physical activities. The gym reserves the right to verify the medical claim.
- Relocation: If you are relocating more than 25 miles away from any of our gym locations, you may be eligible to cancel your membership. Proof of relocation, such as a utility bill or lease agreement, must be provided.
- Early termination for reasons not listed above will not be permitted.
3. Early Termination Fee
- In cases where cancellation is allowed under the provisions of Section 2, a RM100 early termination fee will be applied to the account.
- If cancellation is requested for reasons outside the policy, the member is responsible for paying the full remaining balance of the contract.
4. Membership Suspension
- If you experience temporary health or personal issues, you may request to freeze your membership for a period of up to 3 months. A freezing fee of RM50 per month will apply.
- Suspended memberships will resume once the freeze period ends, and the contract will be extended accordingly to cover the suspended time.
5. Notice of Cancellation
- In cases where cancellation is allowed, a 30-day written notice is required to process the termination.
- Members are advised to provide the notice in person at the gym or through certified mail to ensure proper handling.
6. Dispute Resolution
- Should any disputes arise regarding the application of this policy, the gym's management will review and respond within 10 business days. If further resolution is needed, the matter may be escalated through arbitration, as outlined in the membership agreement.
